SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery options:
Your delivery time will be dependent on your location and the item(s) you’re purchasing. We offer express shipping as well as a pick up option at our Norwest location.
Shipping Amendments:
Once an order has been placed in the system we are unable to update the shipping method on the order. Depending on the status of your order, we may be able to cancel your order and you can then place a new one with the new shipping method.
Changing your shipping address:
We usually require a generous turnaround time to have a delivery address amended. The fastest and best way to try and update your address on your order is by contacting us.
Tracking your order:
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be issued. You will receive this via an email notification.
Our carrier Australia Post may experience a few days’ delay in transit, this is normal and is due to unforeseen circumstances in the delivery journey. It does not need to be cause for concern, however, if you are unsure keep an eye on your tracking details or contact the carrier for delivery network updates.

Late or lost orders:
In most cases, parcels will turn up within a few hours of being scanned as delivered. If you’re worried about where your parcel is, we suggest you seek information from the carrier on where they dropped the parcel. Delivery drivers will try to make sure that your delivery is tucked away in a safe place if you are not home, so check any hiding spots you might have around your home.
