“Every patient deserves to understand their pain and believe in their recovery. It’s about making a meaningful difference and helping people regain confidence in their healing journey.”
Meet Luke, Chiro at Belrose
Hi I'm Luke!
My journey in chiropractic care is driven by a deep sense of purpose.
My educational path continued long after university, with hands-on experience providing the most transformative learning moments.
Confronting complex cases early in my career pushed me to grow quickly and meaningfully.
With four dedicated years in the field, I'm passionate about the profound changes that can be achieved through unwavering commitment and dedication. I have expanded my expertise by delving into functional neurology and understanding the emotional components of pain.
My approach centers on empowering patients with knowledge. I believe every patient deserves to understand the root cause of their complaint. By investing my full expertise into uncovering these underlying reasons, I create tailored plans that align with each patient’s goals. Specialising in chronic pain cases that have eluded explanation, I find the most fulfilment in offering hope where it’s waning.
My personal journey with constant back pain and sciatica fuels my empathy and determination to help patients regain hope and improve their lives. One of my most rewarding experiences was helping a patient who had endured knee pain for over 30 years. After one visit, this patient could run again without pain. Moments like these remind me why I chose this profession and the impact it can have on someone's life.
Connecting with patients and sharing a laugh brings joy to my day.
Continuous professional development, including supervising final-year chiropractic students and teaching rehabilitation in the Masters program of Chiropractic at Macquarie University, keeps my knowledge fresh and evolving. This role also ensures I stay up-to-date with the latest research.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy playing chess, a hobby that sharpens my problem-solving skills and strategic thinking. I remain at the forefront of chiropractic advancements through podcasts, research, and collaborative discussions with fellow Chiropractors and Physiotherapists.
I believe in always doing what's right, even when it's not easy. My passion for my profession drives me to keep learning and improving so I can provide the best care for my patients.

Q&A with Luke…
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO YOU TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO PEOPLE’S LIVES?
For me, making a difference is about more than just alleviating pain; it’s about connecting with patients on a personal level and understanding their struggles. It’s about transforming a patient’s despair into optimism. Seeing someone walk out at the end of the session with their spirits lifted and being able to visibly see that in their face is the most rewarding part of my job.
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO GET INTO CHIROPRACTIC?
My interest in chiropractic was sparked by a combination of my love for anatomy and my desire to help people live their lives to the fullest. Learning about chiropractic care’s ability to address root causes of discomfort rather than just symptoms drew me to this field.
WHAT TYPES OF PATIENTS DO YOU ENJOY WORKING WITH THE MOST AND WHY?
I find the most fulfilment in working with patients who are struggling with chronic pain, especially those that have been difficult to diagnose despite seeing multiple practitioners and not achieving relief. These cases often require a comprehensive approach and a lot of patience, which I find both challenging and rewarding. Helping these patients navigate their path to recovery and seeing their improvement brings me great satisfaction, as it highlights the value of a thorough and personalised approach to care.
SHOUTOUT TO ONE PERSON WHO HAS INSPIRED YOU AND WHY.
James Dimitroff. Before meeting Dimo as he was known by, I was lost with what I wanted to do in my career following my Health Science degree. Dimo opened my mind to what Chiropractic is and he introduced me to Balance. It was the sessions I had with Dimo at Balance that inspired me to not just become a Chiropractor, but a Balance Health and Performance Chiropractor. There was and still is something special about that to me and something I am very proud of. Dimo will always be an inspiration to me.
WHAT IS THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED?
Trust your own journey and focus on your unique path without getting caught up in comparing yourself to others.
What is the one thing if you could time travel, you would want to tell your 10-year-old self?
I’d tell my 10-year-old self to embrace being the class clown and not worry about getting in trouble for distracting the class. That playful nature and sense of humour, which might have seemed like a distraction, actually became a strength. It taught me how to connect with people, break down barriers, and bring joy to those around me, which has been incredibly valuable in both my personal and professional life.
IF THEY MADE A MOVIE ABOUT YOU, WHO WOULD YOU WANT TO PLAY YOU?
I’d want Steve Carell to play me. I can totally see him turning my everyday moments into a hilarious comedy.
