How to Use
Shake well before using it every time
Store at ROOM TEMPERATURE
Dosage
Adults, start with 1-3 drops orally (some users may require larger & more frequent doses for added support)
Children, start with a “taste”, if wanted, move to 1 drop (you can also mix 1 drop in a teaspoon of honey to soften the taste)
For pregnancy, we recommend to not exceed 2-3 drops per dose, as needed no more than 2-3 times a day (if breastfeeding only take after feeding)
For sports & exercise - use 15-20mins before working out and as needed
We love using little and often throughout the day rather than single big doses. Always use pre-bed to aid in restful sleep.
